- My suggestion would be to consider the Sportster instead of the Courier,
- and add the Motorola Power 28.8 to your list.

- We did tests on our system and the Sportster ran neck and neck with the
- Courier on most transfers. The Power 28.8 connected more consistantly than
- either USR, but the file transfer rate ran 5-10% slower. OTOH, the
- Motorola never dropped the connect - the USRs did on several occasions.

- As for the Deskport - I would recommend it only if you have a notebook PC
- with no 16550 serial port. You need to load resident software to use it
- with the parallel port which adds overhead.
